Just based on the title of the article, there is no point in reading it.

If it were secret you would not know about it, therefore you cannot give any information that could be believed, just conjecture.

Sounds like the Northrop already got a couple of billion & lockheed a bunch more

for planes we don't need...

the Air Force having a $30,000,000,000 "Black Budget" is an obscene waste of taxpayer money, The military should be at the top of the budgetary hit list. Uttering national defense or homeland security should not shield expenditures from scrutiny

it's that kind of paranoia that keeps the defense contractors fat n happy

china is more dependent on access to our market than we are to their goods.

"We belong to them now anyway."

Much more of that attitude and I'd say you're right. I beg to differ, meanwhile.

Wow 3.7 billion, that would be a significant number of infrastructure improvement projects. Well at least the US infrastructure might be failing, but soccer moms can feel safe that their children won't be at risk as we can sneak in a load of bomb equivalent to what we dropped on Dresden in one plane and no one sees us coming or knows we were even there. That should scare those terrorists, chinese, iranians, and north kroeans and keep them from bombing our country with nuclear weapons. Though of course our aerospace industry is just going to have the parts manufactured in china and assembled in the US, so really once get it working the chinese will just build their own, then probably sell it to the iranians and north koreans.
