Lack of Sleep from Electronics Use

Posted April 02, 2011 8:14 AM by Sharkles

According to a recent study, people who don't get enough sleep often use computers, play video games, surf the Web, watch TV, etc. within an hour of hitting the sack. Often, an hour turns into too many hours. In fact, 63% of 1,508 polled reported that they missed sleep because of such activities. What do you think is the best way to avoid spending too much "electronics time?"

Get a hobby. I have gotten a salt water fish tank and I wait until the evening to do all my cleaning, feeding, water testing and water changes. This hobby takes a lot of attention so it keeps me busy in the evening and off the computer.
