I subscribe to many networks on Jobfox and have not had any response in over 2 months. No, they have not been helpful.

What is working is sharing or networking directly with associates and friends.

All I can say is that the last few Hires that My Company has done all started with a search of our Networks on LinkedIn and others. If you aren't in our network how will we see you? I can assure you that putting an expensive adv. in a metro paper has not been helpful to us to find qualified experienced people. We were looking at candidates on linkedin before an opening was even announced. That's the view from the Hiring Side.-Milo
