A Little Good News

Nearly 8,000 people attended Automate 2011, the most in a decade and nearly double the attendance in 2009. Attendees saw demonstrations of telerobotics and a dual-arm robot with astounding capabilities, and learned about a new certification program for robotics and machine vision system integrators. The certification program is designed to help end users compile a "short list" of integrators for consideration in implementing automation purchases.
