Your justifications to be worth for your package / cost to the company.

Your contributions to productivity, quality, problem solving,cost cutting means & cost reductions, improvements & innovations.

Extra earnings & revenues to the company & additions to profits

How your work performance had impressed your peers & employer.

The reality is that -One should have offered more than he gets so that Talley needles towards improvement in your package.

I am O.K & the same way you are O.K is the game between the organization & employees.
