Windows 8 Dubbed a 'Catastrophe'

Microsoft follows Apple's lead by initiating default embedded access to Microsoft's on-line store in win 8, but I don't think the OS can block other sites permanently...this sounds like crying foul before the fact....I don't blame him for being nervous, Microsoft is not known for playing nice...

You have to give Microsoft credit for consistency... they never fail to elicit an emotional response.

Perhaps some will say that there are kinder ways achieve dominance than through compassion (which is derived from latin: 'com' = 'with' & 'passio' = 'pain'), but who can argue against the success of their strategy?

My IT guys says Windows 8 is a rip-off and will force us to do things unheard of so far in Bill Gate's quest for world domination.

So whats wrong with just using the older systems or the independent operating systems that are compatible until they have caught up with the new hardware?

Aren't the alternative OS designs here just because so many people did not want or like the big name stuff and how it works or doesn't work?

There is a view held by many that every other OS release by MS is good or bad, depending on which value you start with.
