Skies Open Up For Large Civilian Drones

And how will these "unmanned" aircraft be kept separated from the somewhat extensive commercial and private aircraft that currently use US airspace? What will be the training and licensing requirements for the drone owners and operators? Will the aircraft be maintained to similar standards as private or commercial aircraft?

Since these drones will not have people on board will it be legal to shoot them down? And if the sky becomes cluttered with them how will they keep from crashing into each other? What if competition between businesses causes them to intentionally try to "take out" one another and fall to the ground causing death and destruction? But wait, only the rich will have them and Im sure we can trust them. Right? Oh, and the police. Im sure we can trust them. Cant we? And the US Govt, We trust them to do the right thing all the time.
