Boeing Tests A Missile That Knocks Out A Building's Power

In whatever sense that there's a "good" missile, this new one from Boeing seems like it. Rather than a missile that demolishes a target (along with everything nearby), countries have been clamoring for something more discreet: a weapon that knocks out the lights instead, crippling a target without collateral damage.

Love the scene in the video showing the effects on a room full of computers..... Right as they shut down, the computer in the back of the room pukes its DVD.

Would you not just have to cut the power to switch off the lights in the building!

I no need no bludy roket to switch off the light.

My anchestors used a ROCK for this and had a lighter to check if they hit the lamp.
