Years ago they had what was called "the bone phone". It was basically a unit that transmitted sounds from a radio to your collar bone, It draped around the neck. I tried it and all i felt was a buzzing on bass notes. Hope this will work as i really dont want a hearing aid, but this appears to be the same principal.
