I've been an Apple user/owner for over 30 years, and have been an Apple-certified repair technician. I have for many years lamented the difficulty of disassembling many of their products. It's great to have aesthetically appealing products, as well as intuitive user interfaces, but when those objectives take total priority over repairability, something is wrong! I can understand that there are reasons to discourage most users from attempting repairs, but when trained technicians with appropriate tools still have difficulty, changes need to be made!
