Esa, Nasa team up on key missions

The US and European space agencies signal their desire to co-operate on the biggest missions. Agency chiefs signed official agreements outlining the partnership in a ceremony at the Paris Air Show. They will collaborate on the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), due to launch in 2013, and the Lisa Pathfinder.

I think, they are mistaken completely.

Gravitation is not travelling at all and less with the speed of light or radio waves. In any mass movement the resulting effect or relation to other masses will take effect in the same moment that means without any delay of time.

What's now about understanding of Gravitation "waves"?

Remember the experiment with the telepathic twin's one on the first nuclear driven submarine Nautilus, the other in the base station. The communication between the base station and the boat was practiced by radio and telepathic communication. The result was, radio waves travelling with light speed, telepathic "waves" travelling without any delay. (Modulation of Gravitation?)
