"brainwashing"?!?

.

Now there is some nostalgia. Those were the days, when the government had to worry about what people thought...lest the take action.

.

If you haven't noticed, nothing incites the citizenry to action that results in profound changes. The government is caught lying, stealing, breaking their own laws, killing, covering up, lying some more, to which the public drearily yawns about the actual action and are mostly interested in using it as cannon fodder in the next Electomania show iin support of one of two 'leaders' that do not differ meaningfully in more than what they say.

.

This tech probably as long term aspiration of ending up in the heads of soldiers likely to be in active combat for immersive situational awareness, so that future generals will make the easy transition from the highly immersive MMORPGs to catching some of the thrill of being in harms way, without that risk being to your own actual body.

.

Will likely allow soldiers to access some of the benefits of swarm networks beign worked out for drones, too.
