A new version of the IHS Engineering360 masthead is being rolled out. It includes new dropdown menus to help you navigate content easily. There will also be Engineering360 newsletter signup suggestions at the bottom of the page. There are no other changes that will impact the CR4 experience.
Here's a peek. It's a little too small to read, but the updated areas are outlined in red.
Here's an explanation of what can be found using the new menus:
- News & Analysis: Browse stories by recency, industry, or technology. You can also view all of the videos in one spot by clicking on Multimedia.
- Products & Suppliers: Browse the supplier directory or search for products. Additional navigation is now available, or just click the tab for the traditional GlobalSpec experience.
- Stay Informed: Did you know that Engineering360 offers many more newsletters than just the CR4 Daily Digest? This new tab is a hub where you can sign up for newsletters or product alerts. You can also view upcoming or past webinars.
- Free Registration: This is a new button for CR4. With this button, you can create an Engineering360 (GlobalSpec) account that separate from your CR4 registration. This account allows you to browse products and more across Engineering360. If you already have an Engineering360 (GlobalSpec) account, it might be automatically recognized when you log in to CR4.
In the future, we'd like to create a dropdown menu for the Engineering Community (CR4) tab. What would you like to see listed there to better help you navigate CR4?
