Brings to mind the "paper or plastic" question of the past.

"Both" you say.

Carbon skins over a paper core and thin wall tubing, or "Stabilised Tubular Reinforced Exoframe Advanced Manufacturing System" make me wonder about crash safety.

Otherwise, I can see a market for this. Maybe not here in Hummerland where safety is measured by the ton.
