Zero Emissions Coal Plant

Can a coal-fired power plant have zero emissions at a reasonable cost? Power Generation magazine says that Australia plans to find out with a project aimed at developing their first zero-emissions coal-fired power station. Key to the projects is successfully storing greenhouse gases underground in local coal and gas fields.
