Posted October 25, 2007 10:03 AM

From ABCNews:

The world's largest jetliner made aviation history Thursday, completing its first commercial flight from Singapore to Sydney with 455 passengers, some of them ensconced in luxury suites and double beds. Hmmm, excellent, but I expect the US will find an excuse to ban it from their airports....

(Remember Concord?)

Or maybe we'll just give it away?...

(Remember the Harrier?)

Hold your ears! Not ! For being one of our Allies you sure are anti-American, It would only be restricted to airports that have runways that can handle its weight and are long enough. Unless it breaks the sound barrier.

What a pessimist

I'm not anti-American... all the Americans I've ever met have been great. Note I havn't met GWB.... it's just that 'The special relationship' seems a tad one sided with our politicians too keen to kiss ass.

The only one who didn't was Harold Wilson who refused to sent troops to Vietnam.

I tried that once, can't swing a club for nothing ! As far GWB , He's not perfect , But he stands by good valued principles (much like Mr Blair)and doesn't sway with whats popular that day ie HRC Nug..Nug

I just want the folks that paid $50k for their seats -- or $100k at auction to consider adopting me. I'd keep my room clean and they'd have an automatic granddaughter!
