Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories made a cute bristlebot! They write - The BristleBot is a simple and tiny robot with an agenda. The ingredients? One toothbrush, a battery, and a pager motor. The result? Serious fun. The BristleBot is our take on the popular vibrobot, a simple category of robot that is controlled by a single vibrating (eccentric) motor. Some neat varieties include the mint-tin version as seen in Make Magazine (check the video), and the kid's art bot: a vibrobot with pens for feet.

Cute...

I made a similar thing once with just 4 legs of tinned copper wire soldered ont a scrap of copper clad circuit board and angled 'backwards'... it wasn't as cute as that little fellow tho'.

I'm trying to think of what tune I'd like on my toothbrush. 'Land of Hope and Glory' has appeal, but I think I'd want something more funky to start the day off.

Very glad to hear, but what tune would you select. My son would want some gangsta rap kind of crap, but I Just can't decide. Decisions, decisions..........
