Variable Speed Bullet Gun Takes Inspiration From Toy Rocket

When Lund and Company Invention designed their toy rocket little did they know that it was be the root of inspiration for building Variable Velocity Weapon System or VWS for the US army. Based on technology used to propel toy rockets, the new gun will be able to change from to kill, wound or just inflict a bruise mode, depending upon the velocity of the bullet fired. The good news is that the US army is funding the rifle that can fire bullets at various speeds.

Don't you have to calculate different ranges for this to be effective? Hmmm...
