Drugs Found in Fish Near Treatment Plants

Fish caught near wastewater treatment plants serving five major U.S. cities had residues of pharmaceuticals in them, including medicines used to treat high cholesterol, allergies, high blood pressure, bipolar disorder and depression, researchers reported Wednesday.

When contacted for comment, a representative of the fish community stated:

"We fish are greatly offended at this blatant human disregard for us and our aquatic brethren. Is it not enough that you EAT us?? That you murder us for sport and display our corpses in your dens? Still, we do enjoy the Vicodin and if you wouldn't mind could you please flush more of that? And furthermore we're sick and tired of you hu...hang on...I think...yes! I smell Viagra! Sorry, gotta go!"

We should all eat more fish. We would have lower cholesterol, no allergies, lower blood pressure, and be happy. What more could you ask for.....;~))
