3D printing comes to Sears

3D printing has come to Sears in the form of this $1800 computer-controlled Craftsman CNC machine that can "print" your 3D designs on wood and other materials, either from a direct PC hookup or a memory card.

That's NOT 3d printing! Printing is an additive process. This is a cutting device, unless I misunderstand the ad. Still, thats the cheapest CNC mill I've seen so far...

There are 3D printers that can form amazing shapes, but this isn't one.

I think also that the 3d printers ranges from (40,000$ to 60,000$)...!!!!

and it uses the technology of spreading a powder and glue to let it be hard.. and some others uses plastic... and it divides the shape into layers the distance between each layer is about 0.001mm ...
