Automation is one of many great tools which can be utilized to greatly improve performance as well as productivity. It gives you the ability to work in harsh conditions, mass produce items on a large scale as well as many other great things. The need for automation today is far greater than it has ever been because now we are not only competing for business localy ,but globaly. In a down economy it may be hard to pay the staff what they need to be happy and produce the output nessacery to keep a company from falling apart.. but by automating many of the processes and fuctions when the employees skill and desires lack the machine will still work as hard as you will let it. So the way to beat the odds and create bigger better and faster products is to automate and create long lasting success.
