How do you learn how things work unless you tear them apart? My parents patiently endured my endless disassembly of everything I could get my hands on, and eventually I got to the point where I could put it back together, too. In that time I learned how to repair, modify and create pretty much anything, especially if it was mechanical. Now, 23 years old, I'm in college as a Mechanical Engineering student and lost in the wonder of it all. If I had the time to sketch out all my ideas and plans before new ones rushed into my head, the world would have a lot less paper.
