It's difficult when english is not the OP's native language or is not fluent.

I'll take a stab, that you are requesting information on "Architectural Animation Software".

A Google search came up with 1,150,000 hits. Start there.

Explaining what you want to do might be helpful. Three possible goals come to mind:

1) Show construction step by step.

2) Show some important details such as the locations of all water lines for fire safety.

3) Do a virtual walk through for potential buyers, owners, etc.

It sounds like you want to know what software was used in the link you provided.

I don't know exactly what animation software "The Cheesy Animation" company uses to produce its 3D animations you mention and they don't mention it on their website.

Why don't you contact them and ask?
