Earthing for Solar Power Plant

sir,

I had done the AC earthing & Dc earthing calculation,In solar power plant is there any specific calculation for Calculating the no.of earth pits for interconnected the structures/String monitoring control module.if so please share .

Not really. You need to invest in the standard, read it and then apply it.

The standards may vary from nation to nation, however, I do believe these are all based upon soil conductivity measurements. The correct answer: it depends!
