Better Boiling With Nanotech

I've always thought that the use of water itself was not an ideal medium for use in heat transfer...and it seems much more progress could be made by fine tuning the actual base solution than by modifying the coating surfaces....not that that couldn't enhance or improve the efficiency, but I think the importance is overshadowed by the glaring inefficiency of water/steam as a prime mover....imo
