A1 & A2) Describe full details of the thinly-veiled homework assignment within which these questions are poised?

Both are no questions!

But it sure is homework.

We do not do homework here.

I want to help you because it is important to know how to ask a question.

A question has Why, when, what, who in it.

Like this:

Why do you ask, when it is clearly spelled out, what to do and its you who has to answer it!

To extend that slightly (courtesy of Rudyard Kipling):

I KEEP six honest serving-men
(They taught me all I knew);
Their names are What and Why and When
And How and Where and Who.

The rest of the poem goes:

I send them over land and sea, I send them east and west;But after they have worked for me, I give them all a rest.

I let them rest from nine till five, For I am busy then,As well as breakfast, lunch, and tea, For they are hungry men.

But different folk have different views; I know a person small-She keeps ten million serving-men,Who get no rest at all!

She sends'em abroad on her own affairs, From the second she opens her eyes-One million Hows, two million Wheres,And seven million Whys!

Rates for tutoring are $250/hour at my location. Other locations at higher rates if preferred. Authoring cheat sheets are $300/pg in arial 12 font. Reduced sizes are available at higher costs. Only the highest quality cheating products are produced for you.
