Micromotion Mass Flow Meter

we have installed new transmitter 2700 R for custodian transfer as old transmitter failed in power supply module after installing new transmitter our prolink is not communicating with transmitter . we suspected the problem with prolink and communicated through hart moment we communicated with hart I got the alarm A027 security breach and second slug flow can any one ellaborate what whould have happen to the transmitter we are getting PV reading as density as confugired and sv is mass flow rate which is pulse output and tv as volumetric flow rate as pulse output .

first of all you have to change the resistance for plku (use the resistance 600-700ohm instead of 250) and after connecting the device by hart protocol ,go to the display page and assign the required option (density or flow) assign the units and then go to the output page and assign the output as pulse or ma .or let me know your requirements and I will send you the parameters .
