Missing CR4

It's likely that at some point you marked an email from IHS Engineering360 (now GlobalSpec) as spam. By marking any email from the company as spam, you will automatically stop receiving any further emails.

The team didn't find anything out of the ordinary with your account. They recommend checking your spam or junk filter because according to the system, the emails are being sent to you.

I know that you said you've already done that. The only other thing I could suggest is unsubscribing and then resubscribing within your profile. Or, change your email address to one with a different provider.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful about why you aren't receiving the Daily Digest.

I had the same problem for ages, I got the daily list of new posts but not the alerts for subscribed posts. It was fixed when we updated Outlook to the Office 360 version even though that supposedly imported all of the settings, spam filters etc from the old version.
