Sorry to say that most of us do not have ready access to the latest ASME codes. Section VIII alone costs at least $1500 so nearly all individuals do not simply buy the code "just in case".
If your company is doing significant designing to the code, the company should get access to the code and consider it part of the cost of doing business. I know you'd like to get the answer for free, but it's costing someone else to have the codes and you should likewise expect to pay something for it.
The relevant standards authority has so many of these that they are selling them just to get rid of them. A credit card and a telephone are all that is needed to solve the problem. Good luck.
