Not Able to Reply/ Participate in Discussion

Some times when I want to reply or comment on the question, I get "You cannot reply as there were some undesired activities from ...........IP address. It may not be you....... pl contact admin if you want....." But after some days, when I try to reply then I can do so. This happens perhaps whenever I log in from some other computer (when out of station). Under such condition how do I contact admin?

Infected computers may be spamming Cr4 with unwanted posts....use only computers with virus protection...public use computers may have no protection and must be blocked to preserve our sanity...

I see from your profile that you are located in India. We have blocked some IP addresses in India from using CR4. This is because there was a large amount of spam activity coming from those IP addresses.

Perhaps that is not the case as after 3-4 days automatically I am able to reply and post this question which I could not do when I got that message. If this repeats how do I contact admin?

Are you always trying to post on CR4 from the same location? From your original post it sounded like CR4 will work for you at one location but not another location. That's probably caused by the IP address at one of those locations being blocked.

If you are experiencing the problem from the same location always, I'm not sure what could be causing the error message.

You can contact gs-cr4admin@ihs.com, however, the response time is approximately 24 hours so your problem would not be resolved immediately.

Thanks. Yes I experience this problem whenever I visit Bangaluru, India and return to Bhopal. May be as you said some IP addresses might have been blocked from there. I have not faced problem while logging in from Bhopal. Now the picture is clearer about the cause.
