Start with ICC, or NFSA if you are talking about fire sprinklers. ICC for building code, NFSA for all else.

You might also look to you local plumber and pipefitters union.

They can all be 'googled'

Try TYCO they have a book on sprinklers that details everything you want.

a 1/2" sprinkler = 0.15 gpm/ Sft

NFPA 13 mandate states min 7 psi pressure
