	I use the note feature when adding a supplier to my supplier list. However, I can find no way to actually view the notes when looking at supplier lists. For example, I am looking at a number of different disciplines. I find a supplier that can do coatings so place a note in the Supplier note field. I would like to have the note shown when I list all my suppliers. Is there any way to do this?

	You can see the notes in My GlobalSpec. Since you are saving suppliers, I assume that you know how to get there, but in case you don't (or for anybody else interested), here is how to do it. From the IHS Engineering360 home page (www.globalspec.com), and assuming you are logged in, click on "Profile", which apears next to your name in the top right corner. The Profile link is also available from all of the tabs on IHS Engineering360. Click the My Suppliers link on the left, under My GlobalSpec. Click on the supplier name that you have saved and you will see your note, along with the company information. You will also be able to delete your note, add new notes, add contacts, and link to the company website, or their profile on IHS Engineering360. By the way, you can also add notes for saved parts as well. You can view the notes for parts with the same procedure above, but clicking on My Parts instead of My Suppliers. Hope this helps!

	Unfortunately, that does not answer the question of showing the notes when "I list all of my suppliers". For example, I last all of my suppliers and want to look at the ones in detail who do coatings. I don't want to have to click on each supplier name and see the note. I would like to be able to see in the overall list which of my suppliers I listed as being involved with coatings. In an ideal world the My Supplier feature would have a field that could be filtered by supplier type as a separate field when one lists suppliers. I have many suppliers in my list that fall into 4-6 categories. So maybe this is a new feature request as well as a question.

	OK, got it. This feature doesn't exist today, but I have passed your comments along to the development team. I agree that this would be a great enhancement. Thanks for the feedback!

	Thanks! I am sure others could make good use of such a feature as well. For example, a filter to show all suppliers with the word automation in a note.
