The current transfo is 1:1, voltage transfo 100:1. So power or energy at 11 kV is 100 times that indicated at the meter.

This assumes the meter is 3 phase & has a basic scaling of 110V x √3 x 5 amp = 952.6 watts.

Number of CTs and whether meter is single phase is undefined because there is no indication of wiring to meter - since it looks like a "billing" meter it is likely to be 3 phase.

Since nothing can be read clearly on the picture of the Watt-hour? meter this is guesswork because an electronic meter is likely to have an internal scaling which is programmed for the application to read kWh at the 11 kV HV level.

Just pick a number. If the customer squawks, pick a lower number next month. If not, pick a higher number. Rinse/repeat until silence is attained.

Take ct/pt ÷ volts X ohms/Hz + PF.

That's complete drivel, even worthless for humor.

Normal practice would be to install a meter to match the VT & CT. No need to worry about correction factors.
