Just think of applying this concept for landing on Moon or Mars and being ready to launch again for going home)!!

But wet cannot use old technology. We have to reinvent all of the software for every new generation.

Well there are of course big diferances. The amazon rocket is very slow. Only 3,5 mach, elon s has 10 mach speed. Amazon s rocket is also much more lighterhas only one engine Elon s has six. This makes elon s task a magnitude more troublesome.

it isn't a speed contest. Space X is pursuing ferrying of cargo and astronauts to the ISS. Both want to be reusable.Bozos wants space tourists to get relatively quick "rides" to space and back. two different goals/markets. Elon has a rocket that does a somersault then comes back..he has contractual obligations to stick a landing on a floating barge before he can get a lease for a NASA approved perm launch site in Florida. Bozos has a huge accomplishment to his credit. Elon has aimed quite a bit higher.
