Two phases liq-liq flow: instrument to get ratio?

We have a liquid flow with two liquid phases: oily (SG about .95) and sodium sulfate/water mix (SG varies). Temperature is very stable about 98 C. Is critical for a downstream process keep two phases volumetric ratio within some limits. Currently we use manual sampling to evaluate the phases ratio, but we want to go with a automatic system. What kind of instrument can be used for this application?

Measure the density. You can get an accurate determination of the ratio of the mixture.

There are several good in-line density measuring transmitters.
