Fuel measuring device

Hi! can any body point me to a manufacturer of fuel measuring device, say for application to fleets, that can be monitored by a computer.

Do you want to measure the rate of fuel consumption or merely the amount left in the tanks?

gas pumps or if you accross the pond, Petro pumps (found at any corner store)
