Consuming Laser Alignment with Remote Control Switch

I came accross problem with the installation of green dot laser alignment.

The basic requirement is that there must be a laser dot alignment attached to the top of the machine and the operator must be able to switch it on from the ground via remote control.

I choose a green dot laser here:

I was told this laser dot and power supply gets about 2.5-3m electric wires, but still not very convenient to use.Would like to know if you can propose me a few selections from your wide range that fits the requirement?
