Details for Neutral Current Transformer

Can any one please help me for followings details for, 2500 KVA, 33000/433 volts, outdoor type, oil cooled transformer.

for NEUTRAL CURRENT TRANSFORMER of above transformer (What will be the)

1. CT Ration

2. Knee Point voltage (Vk)

3. Magnetizing current at Vk (Imag)

4. Accuracy.(like 5P-20)

5. VA burden.

These are the details manufacturer of transformer asking us.

I think trafo manufacturer is requesting you for REF protection CT to be mounted on the neutral circuit.You can either go in for 1 AMP secondary or 5 AMP SECONDARY.

The full load current of 2500 kVA transformer on LT side would be 3500 Amps. Therefore CT ratio is to be either 3500/1 or 3500/5.

VA burden of the CT is to be 15 VA,class of accuracy is to be 5P10.Knee point voltage has to be calculated depending on the location,cable length etc.

Are you asking for length of LT side XLPE cable? location of factory is District -Sundergarh, Orissa.

Not site location.

The relay location with referance to CT location.Interconnecting cable length between the relay and CT is required for calculation of resistance.also cable size.with material like aluminium/copper.

It means that ,we will size the NCT based on the fulload current of the transformer.
