What is the Maximum Salary Limit for You and Why?

I see your in India, I have no idea how much a billion dollar is in India, I only know about the U.S.

I've never worked for myself, I've always had an employer. When asking for a salary you need to know three things. How much is the market paying for entry level engineers, those right out of college. How much is the average salary for the area, for engineers and what is the top pay? When you know this, you cannnot expect to get the top pay. The reason is that companies need to be able to give you a raise year after year. If you start at the top, they cannot give you a raise and you will not be happy after the second year and you will leave. So, they won't give you that much. But a good experenced engineer should ask for and get about 80% of the top pay. That gives the company room to give you raises and promotions, and maximizes your pay.

Payment to your capability differs.

You can take simple guide lines if you are working in normal manner.

Once you have experience, and you know that you can make change and can turn loss into profit then you ask for company share in profit. 10 per cent share is a lot of money in 100 billion dollar business.

Your potential and the others need must get linked together.

I give you another example.

Take a patent and give an offer to a company and also take over the manufacturing or marketing responsibilities. If things are for business then they also bring in money in proportion.

Write a freelance software for some company product that if it goes together makes a million copies and if you are paid $100 for each software then you get billion dollars.

The financial outcome of what you do is only your imagination, creativity, probability to hit hard on the money locker waiting to be opened by you.

While working for few years in normal way is OK and good to make your future secure. Play a bigger game after you know the rules of the game. Life is a game in any way. If you are not playing, then also your God (or nature or life) is playing with you in any way. You are given all chances and abilities, and to acquire abilities from the environment. Get then all and get ready to play a bigger game with your God within you. Your God will always be the winner, but you can reach a higher level each time you try harder.

Don't leave anything to faith. If you feel contended, then that is all right. Just enjoy that. If you think, you need to be much bigger in life then don't sit there, just dreaming and doing nothing for it. Fight like a Gladiator warrior to achieve your goal and get it.

You can work alone, you can team up and you can use whatever resources available in a planned manner. Games are not for weak people. Hence, do all preparation ahead of war and when you have time for it. When to go into action will be known to you.

Amount of money does not matter. You higher thoughts to reach beyond actually matters. Life is to discover yourself and your purpose and value of your life while you live. Death closes the book but does not destroy what went inside the book. You are the book.

Sounds like a good plan, Have you been able to make it work?

I made all my plans from the day I was 18 months and my parents supported my plans. I educated to good level wherever and in whichever field I wanted to get educated, I changed my work few times to know different things and then held for long in scientific environment to acquire as much knowledge I could using the vast resources. I finally converted my knowledge into technology and today I own a private research based industry which is fastest growing and likely to become a top class in a decade.

I combine my intuitive knowledge of dreams to acquired knowledge from the world to make something meaningful and useful to get return from others. I educate others to learn what I do and then they buy what I make actually for them and for my satisfaction and some financial gain.

I don't mind others to learn the trick for making their life much better one day. No one can make others different and can only let others know, what speciality they have but all that they never knew or used up to now. You have everything inside you. Only bring it out if you like it and want to experience it. Life is just an experiment with self to experience it. Do it if you like it doing. There is nothing wrong if you do nothing at all in life. You are the master of your destiny. Just realize that and you can make it easily the way want it to be. You are never free but still have lots of freedom.

I am a bit different from birth but you can be much better even if you realize it now. It is never ever too late to realize the self.

I think I understand your point. It's a question of how hard your nature pushes you. Mine's clearly puny.

You realize one thing one day and next thing the other day. These steps of the ladder and you can move up and down if you just try to understand the LOGIC.

Mr. Khera has written in his book that, successful people do not do different things, but do same thing differently.

That clearly holds true for making money!
