I have not received any newsletters from CR4 for some considerable time.

Any reason??

Yes there is. However the reason cannot be seen from here as it is something to do with the settings attached to the username; one possibility is that the email address is incorrect, for example.

Check the username settings and simply adjust them until the desired frequency of newsletters is achieved.

One thing that sometimes creates obstacles is the spam settings on your email server. Check those, of course. And also look at your CR4 profile settings, which can select whether or not to receive email updates about ongoing threads.

As upgrades are made to various software programs sometimes you have to reset your preferences....start here by clicking on your name and checking setting then your email program on your computer...

I'm sorry for taking so long to reply. I missed this thread!

Here are some things you can try to make sure you receive the CR4 Daily Digest via email:

  • Check your spam/promotions/bulk/junk mail folders.
  • Add reply@email.engineering360.com to your list of safe senders.
  • Review your email filters and be sure that nothing is set up for CR4.
  • Check the email address in your CR4 profile and make sure it's your current email address.
  • Check your settings in your CR4 profile and make sure you are set to subscribe to the Daily Digest.
  • Try changing your email address in your CR4 profile to an email address at a different domain.

I hope one of these tips can help. If not, I can submit your email address to the support team so they can look into it.
