The "dangerous" label should boost the sales of hoverboards.

I wonder what Dean Kamen thinks about hoverboard and Segway safety. Good thing Dean sold that company and product just over six years ago.

Lots of articles on the subject, it's those damn cheap low quality lithium batteries.

Less protection electronics and cheaper production costs means a cheaper but less safe product. Again the old adage "You get what you pay for".
