Looking For A Rf Power Head Replacement

I am currently looking for a good replacement for a General Microwave Rf power head # N430A. It has a max of 10mW avg power and runs at 3GHz with 99.5% efficiency.

We have run out of power elements and spare heads and are looking to replace the head and/or the amplifier. Any one have any suggestions?
