Hi Could you help me get a feasibility study on

SWR Production, vis-a-vis PATENT/PARTNERSHIP from either USA,UK or RUSSIA.

That kind of study cost money. Contact engineering or business consultancy firms in those countries and expect to pay a minimum of 50.000 USD just to take a look at it.

Where do you want the operations for producing. And where to market?Class? Specs.?Tons/yr.?

There is no Patent worth the name. ALL standardized for a century now.

Are you already in Steel-What line? Prospective Buyback Partner will ask that first.

Don't you want great Maritime powers,Norway, EU, Japan,Korea,China?
