There is much to consider....You may have to use more than one, or you may have one custom made to order...Each design of louver will have it's own flow characteristics and max velocity and pressure.....

If selecting from a table of available sizes, choose the next size larger; or combine two or more of smaller sizes to attain the total area.

Use multiple louvers. There are manufacturing size limits to these.

Don't forget to include louver restriction, which for sand louvers is usually about 65%. The free area of the louver (equivalent area of an open hole) will be a function of each louver design, and this information will be available from the manufacturer.

As has been stated, you should be able to get design assistance from your selected supplier or manufacturer.

You obviously have a complicated and convoluted problem in your mind. You have not placed your problem into our minds. Our problem is that we do not understand the initial premise of the situation before you delve into these multi-digit details. For instance, is this sand suspended in air, lubricating oil, water, unrefined well fluid, extraterrestrial atmosphere (Mars?), natural gas, engine intake manifold, etc.
