Please explain why the solution did not become apparent during the telephone call that took place to the equipment manufacturer.

You can go to Siemens' online support at (https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/us/en/), and there you can pose as many questions as you like in terms of Siemens' equipment, and you'll definitely find someone out there answering your query,... Just have a try!!
