  • STUDY THIS:http://www.microsemi.com/datasheets/apt6m100k_a.pdf
  • Ask Microsemi"Please help me with a practical circuit Diagram to enable me building my 3KVA Inverter-which I MUST build myself"
  • If they oblige you, buy the components+Transformer
  • Build
  • Debug
  • Enjoy/use

Sounds like you want a do-it-yourself kit not just a circuit. Mitsubishi and others sell drive modules, intended for variable speed drive manufacturers, that have a 3ph rectifier stage, 3ph H-bridge FETs, thermal protection etc and all you need to add are 3 PWM 8khz to generate the sinewaves. There's lots of info about how to do the design on the net, but it's still not a trivial project, even for experienced elec eng's (like moi). If you want to save money, just buy one off the shelf. If you want to learn about such things, perhaps start smaller. Or, if you are building for some special purpose modify something existing. Best of luck. Jeff

Jeff,

I Quit appreciate your effort about my project, but this project was given to me in the school to construct not even 3KVA but 1KVA but i just decided to know further that is why I ask for 3KVA construction from people; this project is still there and please incase of any information about it that can easilly help me out please always let me know. For any knew project you know you can alwalys contact me also.Nice day. Kayode.

Can you tell us (me) how you intend to use the inverter? What are trying to accomplish is my question?

Do you have a limitation for size or cooling, is it to be positive or negatively grounded ?

What isolation requirement's to you have ?

What is the source of the DC Voltage? is it a Battery ?? if so what size is the battery in Volts and amps...... Please explan yourself a little more..
