Is there any IEEE/ IEC standard which describes the typical values of inertia constant(H) in MW-sec/MVA of synchronous machines, required for stability studies?

4.9.3.3.2 The H constant:
"To calculate the H constant,
use the following:
H=0.231*(WR^2)*(RPM)^2*10^(-3)/MVA
where WR^2 is the moment of
inertia in pounds-feet squared and r/min is the speed in revolutions per minute.
The H constant values will fall within the narrow range of approximately 1 to 15,
irrespective of the size of the machines."
