High Temperature Paints/ Coating

Hi all, I'm looking for a High Temperature Paint (~1100C)to coat a SS Wire. The Paint should not

1.decompose at 1000C+

2.Outgas at 1000C+

Pls recommend a suitable product

The Objective is to insulate the SS Wire (2.0mm Dia) are there any other solution for this?

High Temp. Enamels.

Fibreglass Tape Wrapping.

Plasma Aided Sputtering of Oxides.

There is one company in the world and I am proud to say they are here in the U.S.A. Go to any stock exchange and type in their symbol ( ncoa ) and you will find all you need to know in their news.

Try ceramic beads or ceramic tubing. Both are available for insulating high-temperature leads of many materials, such as thermocouples. You can also get dual-bore tubing.

At a 1100C+ the stainless steel will be degenerating let alone a paint covering it.
