New in Solidworks

06/15/2016 3:48 AM

I am new in Solidworks and I am just stocked in preforming my assembly. The first part that I bring on assembly work area the window shows the list of parts open disappears and I don't know how to get them back.

Can any one help me on that please?

If you are really an engineer, which I doubt, you should know about tutorials.

That's the best way, short of a class (which I took to learn AutoCad).

So far, all your questions all give the impression that you are lost.

Depending on your tool bar setup, there should be an icon that shows a part coming out of a file folder with a small arrow on it called, "INSERT COMPONENTS" that will open a window showing all your open parts or assemblies to insert in your current assembly. It also offers a "BROWSE" option to access a non open part in a file folder.
