They ought to call it the Celtic Harp Bridge. Who designed it? Calatrava by chance?
Well the bridge is certainly distinctive, looks like a sailfish with a guy posing on his tail...

These are all designed by the same guy Santiago Calatrava....Cool designs, I especially like the walking bridge that's a sundial....

Stroke of genius to make the stanchion a gnomon (though it depended on the orientation of the bridge.)

Those are some awe inspiring bridge designs, I had not heard of the designer but will certainly be looking into his work.
